	Thank you very much for your message of today concerning the
Bern Convention.

	The secretariat will examine carefully all the questions raised
in your letter and will try to give yo a proper reply as soon as
possible. Unfortunately next week we have a meeting of the Standing
Committee of the Convention which will take most of our attention. Be
sure we shall make the necessary enquires with the government of Poland
concerning the points you mention.
